Simply add your item and embroidery option to your cart and proceed to checkout. I’ll review your request, calculate the stitch count, and send you an estimate for approval before production begins.

The setup fee covers the time needed to prepare your design for embroidery, including creating a custom stitch file and running a test sew-out. This is a one-time fee per new design and is waived for exact reorders.

Each unique design combination requires its own stitch file and will incur a separate setup charge.

Custom embroidery pricing includes up to 7,500 stitches, and patch pricing includes up to 15,000 stitches. If your design exceeds this, an additional $1.00 per 1,000 stitches will be added.

Yes! I always send a photo of a sew-out sample for final approval before stitching your actual item. This ensures your design looks exactly how you expect.

Yes! Discounts begin on orders of 6 or more identical items and increase with larger quantities. Bulk pricing for patches starts at 100 or more identical items. Contact me directly for a custom bulk pricing quote.

Turnaround time varies based on the complexity and size of your order. Standard production typically takes 7–14 business days after estimate approval. Rush options are available.

Rush turnaround (3 business days or less) is available for an additional 25% of the total order cost. Be sure to mention your deadline when placing your order.

Yes! I offer flat-rate shipping based on your total order. Orders over $100 ship free. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

I accept credit cards, cash, and checks. You can pay securely through the invoice link sent by email, text, or online.
