Initials/Text Only

$5.00 per design + $12.50 Setup Charge

  • Initials or Text must use standard block or script fonts.
  • Curved or small text is allowed, but adjustments to size and spacing may be necessary to ensure legibility. 
  • One “line” equals one centered row of text (e.g., “Michael Johnson”).
  • Include up to 7,500 stitches.

Customized Embroidery

$10-$35 per design + $15-$40 Setup Charge

  • Includes Monograms, Enhanced Text with Graphic, Logo(s), Hand Drawn Custom Artwork or Text, or other designs that go beyond text.
  • Include up to 7,500 stitches

Embroidered Patch Pricing

$3.15 – $25.40 per patch from 2″ – 6″ + $25.00 Set-up Charge

  • Prices include:
    • Heat-seal backing
    • Merrowed or laser-cut edge
    • Up to 15,000 stitches.
  • Velcro, iron-on, or peel-and-stick backings are available for an additional charge

General Notes For All Services:

  • Pricing includes up to 7,500 stitches unless otherwise stated.
  • Most designs range from 5,000 to 12,000 stitches.
  • Add $1.00 for every 1,000 stitches above the 7,500 stitches.
  • Garments are priced separately if provided by GMSity Embroidery.  Customer-provided items are accepted at the customer’s risk. If an item becomes damaged during embroidery, GMSity Embroidery is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.
  • The setup fee applies to each unique design, even if submitted in the same order.
  • The setup fee covers the creation and testing of the stitch file.
  • The turnaround time is 7-14 days.
  • Orders needing delivery in 3 business days or less will incur a 25% rush fee based on the total order amount.
  • No setup fee is charged for repeat orders of the same design with no changes.
  • Order Process:
    • A quote will be emailed for your approval.
    • Once approved, we will begin processing your order.
      • A sample will be sent via text or email for approval.
      • Once the sample is approved, the design will be stitched onto the item(s).
  • Service Limitations:
    • I offer quantities up to 100 identical garments.
    • Embroidery is available for flat garments only (no structured or unstructured baseball caps).

General Notes — Patches:

  • Service Limitations
    • I offer patch quantities up to 150 pieces.
  • Example Pricing
    • A 3” patch (10 pieces) with Velcro® backing:  $12.00 + $0.50 = $12.50 each
    • Add a one-time $25 setup fee for new patch designs.
  • Patch Reorder Policy
    • No setup fee on repeat orders of the same patch design with no changes.
    • Custom quotes are available for oversized or specialty patch shapes.
