Set-up Fee Acknowledge I acknowledge that a setup charge of $12.50 for text, $15.00 for monogram, or $30.00 for a Logo will be applied to each unique item for Embroidery Service.
Add’l 1,000 Stitches Acknowledge I acknowledge that additional stitches over 7,500 will incur a $1.00 per 1,000 stitches charge.
